Liverpool renewable search firm finds talent for solar group
As the landscape changes for the solar energy sector, ambulance M3 Solutions has set Hyperion Executive Search the task of tapping into the talent pool to strengthen their position in the commercial solar and LED Lighting sector.
Hyperion Executive Search, advice a search firm that works solely within the renewable energy and clean-tech sector, have been retained to work exclusively on finding the ideal candidates for three new roles for M3 Solutions, a leading installer of solar PV systems and low-energy LED lighting.
After having already successfully found and brought on-board outstanding candidates for general managers North and South and two key technical roles, M3 Solutions have now set Hyperion Executive Search the task of finding someone to lead their LED lighting division. They are also recruiting a new layer of graduate calibre sales people, equipped to sell solar solutions in a post-FIT environment.
By strengthening their core team through Hyperion Executive Search, M3 Solutions is looking to keep moving forward throughout the upcoming challenges facing the sector. The company see a clear opportunity for the synchronisation of their solar, lighting and office-fit out divisions.
